PROBLEM
Omni-channel is a new way of digital marketing that allow an ad campaign to follow its user in every platform they use. AnjoyX is one of the new agenCy to implement and specialize in these systems. AnjoyX needed a new website that speaks about who they are and what they do. They asked me to help with their brand position and web development.
SOLUTION
My approach to this was to first understand who & what they where about and how to target their audience and make conversion. The creative process took about 4 months of trail and error. It was very challenging to get the right brand voice and strategy but found the solution in the end, My approach was to be service first and conversion later. Through this strategy we developed the website with clear visuals and copy!
i always design my websites to be mobile first. Most users are on their phones which is why I design responsive sites.
Once we achieved the mobile version I then create desktop and tablet forms.
